The team at CT Sports Physical Therapy and Fitness have joined the Evolution family to become Evolution Physical Therapy of Norwalk. Starting in 2013 as CT Sports with an original goal of spending more time with patients and being an advocate for them versus the will of the insurance company, CT Sports has always maintained a distinguished level of care. With a staff that keeps up with the latest in rehabilitation best practices and current treatments, you’ll find that our team is provided with access to multiple medical journals such as the American Journal of Sports Medicine (AJSM), and are given a limitless budget for continuing education. We do not just go to courses to fulfill our licensure requirements. We carefully select courses that are instructed by the leaders in our field such as Kevin Wilk, George Daves and Robin McKenzie.

Your initial evaluation will take approximately one hour.
For your first visit to our Greenwich physical therapy clinic, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. You can fill out the ‘New Patient Form’ here prior to your first appointment to speed up the check-in process. Bring your photo ID, insurance card, comfortable clothing, and any prescriptions from your treating physician. Co-pay, co-insurance and deductible payments are due at the time of service.
Our Norwalk locations does not currently offer fitness classes or personal training, but our nearby Darien and Stamford locations provide these services. Please reach out to us via contact form for more information, or give either location a call to learn more.
