Our Approach to Fitness at our South Bay Location
Fitness classes at Evolution often follow physical therapy. They may also be performance training classes, strength training, or one-on-ones that are custom to your unique goals and health. Our doctors of physical therapy have a broad range of expertise. Our fitness techniques are industry-defining and our classes are cutting-edge. Our focus is not just a workout for the sake of muscle-building or getting stronger. While those things do often occur, our focus is on the individual and their goals, whether that means slowly gaining mobility post-injury, raising fitness levels, learning a new skill, or simply just looking for a new challenge.
Our Fitness concept was created by expert physical therapists who are meticulous about proper form, movement and technique. You can see below how our knowledge has been used across our affiliates and partnerships.
