What is Circuit Training?
Circuit training is a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises with minimal rest in between each movement. Each exercise can be done for a set number of reps or a prescribed amount of time. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session. The result is a workout that challenges your muscular strength and endurance as well as your cardiovascular system.
Our PT circuit classes provide each participant with skilled, individualized attention based on specific strengths and weaknesses. Every class also incorporates cardio, stretching and strength training exercises for a comprehensive approach to – and combination of – your fitness and therapy.
Classes are designed and facilitated by a licensed physical therapist and are limited to 12. You may be eligible for insurance reimbursement after a one-on-one evaluation with a physical therapist.
