This class is designed to help strengthen the lower body for a distinct advantage in sport, as well as for patients in the advanced phase of rehabilitation.
It employs strengthening and dynamic stabilization exercises for ankle, knee, hip and core alignment and focuses on gaining the strength, balance and endurance required to excel in running, jumping, biking and directional changes.
The class provides each participant with skilled, individualized attention based on specific strengths and weaknesses.
Every class also incorporates cardio, stretching and strength training exercises for a comprehensive approach to - and combination of - your fitness and therapy.
Classes are designed and facilitated by a licensed physical therapist and are limited to 12.
May be eligible for insurance reimbursement after a one-on-one evaluation with a physical therapist.
